Here are the Women's Amateur 7v7 League guidelines for rainout/cancellations/forfeits/etc:

1. If it is raining heavily in the morning for some time, the games will probably get called off – this is just how things go… there is a game rainout hotline (#312.5971) for ASC which you should be able to call and find out about cancellations by 10am on game day.
   
2. If the games get called off but it’s not raining at game time (or pre-game time by about 1.5 hours) – the refs will be cancelled but teams can still scrimmage w/out a ref UNLESS Burns Park has closed the fields.  It will not be an official game and you MUST contact me to let me know you plan to do so.
3. 
   If you know your team will be UNABLE to play on a scheduled weekend, you must notify ASC as early as possible in order to cancel the referees for that game.  This  has been a problem in the past and it costs a lot of money if the ref shows up and no teams are there to play because the league will still have to pay the ref!  If you are unable to field a team for a scheduled weekend- this will cost you a forfeit.
