Coaching Experience: 35+ years of coaching recreational youth teams in Arkansas, Ohio and Illinois, 20+ years of coaching competitive youth teams (LRFC and ASC), Former College Coach for the Marietta College Men's team in Ohio , 1994-1996. Olympic Development Program (ODP) Coaching Staff with ASSA, 2000-2005. Served as coaching staff intermittently from 1986-present for a variety of summer programs: UALR Summer Soccer Program, Illinois State Summer Soccer Program, International Soccer Academy , ASC Skills Camp and ASC Goalkeeping/Striker Academy.
Playing Experience: 45 years of playing soccer (recreational, competitive, high school, collegiate, amateur and professional). Gatorade Player of the Year, USA Today Gazette Soccer Player of the Year, and Catholic High Athlete of the Year - 1988. Played international soccer in Holland , 1984 and in Germany against professional youth teams, 1987. 4 years Division I scholarship player at Illinois State University , All-Conference senior year. 5 years semi-pro for the Arkansas Diamonds out of Little Rock, 1989-1993 and Pro Player for the Columbus Zogs in Ohio , 1994-1995. The Columbus Zogs was in the league that was renamed the MLS.
